Nacido en la localidad calabresa de Cosenza, Valerio siempre ha sido un amante del baile y ha desarrollado su vida profesional entre pasarelas y escenarios. A los 8 años, ingreso en la escuela de danza de su localidad y a los 15 años se marchó a Roma, para ingresar en la Academia Nacional de Danza. A los 18 años, Valerio ya pertenecía como primer bailarín a los ballet más importantes de las cadenas de televisión italianas.
Sin dejar, en ningún momento, su carrera de bailarín, el italiano fue perfeccionando su faceta de modelo de pasarela, consiguiendo desfilar en Milán para los diseñadores más importantes entre los que destaca Valentino. Durante los últimos años, también ha compaginado trabajos como coreógrafo y profesor de baile.
Valerio tambien participo en el reality ‘Supermodelo‘ de ‘Cuatro’ como profesor.
